Detailed Logs Now Available in Your VoIP.ms CDR

We're excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to your Call Detail Records (CDR) on VoIP.ms! You can now access detailed logs for each of your calls directly from your CDR. This update provides deeper insights into every call, allowing you to see exactly how calls were handled—whether they engaged with an IVR, what choices were made, and where they were directed.
To explore these detailed logs, simply login to the Customer Portal, navigate to the Finances Menu, and then go to Call Detail Records.
