Your feedback will be considered as part of our continuous commitment to accessibility. Some feedback could be addressed immediately, and some shall be addressed in the development of our future accessibility plans. The feedback we receive and how considers it will also be included in our progress reports.

We will acknowledge your feedback automatically when it is sent through email or our accessibility web form. Feedback received through phone and live chat shall be acknowledged by the employee with whom you are communicating.By contacting us, you agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal information provided to us for the purposes of responding to you and improving our services. Each piece of feedback sent to shall be retained, in an electronic or print format, for at least 7 years.
