- Harvest or collect information about others, including phone numbers, without their consent.
- Send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk communications, including but not limited to SMS, or robocalls, except when meeting legal standards for call center traffic and have prior approval from VoIP.ms.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or the networks and systems connected to the Services.
- Use the Services in a way that negatively impacts other customers' ability to use the Services.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of VoIP.ms services. By using our services, you agree to adhere to this AUP and any related agreements and policies. VoIP.ms may update this AUP at any time, with changes becoming effective once posted on our website.

You are required to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify VoIP.ms immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through your use of the Services. VoIP.ms does not control or monitor the content of communications, but reserves the right to remove or block any content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

VoIP.ms will cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity or violations of this AUP. This may include disclosing information about you or your use of the Services to government authorities as required by law.
VoIP.ms shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services in violation of this AUP, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
VoIP.ms may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on their website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated AUP.
