Separate Port Out PINs per DID Number

Effective today, DIDs in the US can be ported out using an individual PIN for each DID instead of a general PIN for the account. This feature will only apply to selected US numbers showing an grey lock icon.
You can enable the PIN protection by going into the Customer Portal, under the DID Numbers Menu, selecting Manage DIDs, and then editing the DID. You will find the Port Out PIN field, where you can enter the 4 digits of your choice and click apply.
