This is a full-time Financial Controller role for our Terrebonne office, on Montreal's North Shore. As a Financial Controller Reporting to the President, the Financial Controller is accountable for all Accounting/Finance functions of the organization. This will include planning, organizing, leading and controlling the accounting functions such as: accurate and timely reporting of financial results, payment to suppliers, cash flow and the protection of assets through the use of internal controls.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle and month-end entries;
• Prepare financial statements;
• Preparation of reports (regulatory, GST/QST, etc.);
• Analysis of monthly financial results (revenue, cost of services, cash flow, KPIs, etc.);
• Participation in the budgetary process;
• Development and implementation of internal controls;
• Manage annual audit assignments; and
• Other administrative tasks.
• Must be able to report to the office at least once a week and upon request.

Skills Required

• CPA designation;
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
• Knowledge of accounting systems, Quickbooks is a strong asset;
• Bilingual (English, French).
