Effective today, all SIP URI communications (origination and termination) will support the encryption protocol TLS for enhanced security. 

If you wish to proceed on having TLS enabled on your SIP URI, open a ticket from your customer portal or email us at [email protected] by providing the following details: 

• The extended SIP URI format that you have created. Note that this is a new format of SIP URI. 
• The server(s) you will be using with this SIP URI.
